Anyone affected by a disability or chronic disease understands how intensely personal health issues can be. Our goal is to unite caring donors with the nation’s most trusted health charities. With more than 2,300 member health charities across America, we work collaboratively to improve the lives of all people affected by a disability or chronic disease. #GivingTuesday is a wonderful compliment to our work in creating simple pathways for people to support and connect to the health causes that are most important to them and their family.
