How they are participating

Sometimes changes in our lives or health can make it challenging to remain living independently. Council On Aging are here to work with elders, families and caregivers to make this possible. Your donation will make it more possible to continue to give the best support to the elders in our community. Please help us raise money for all the services we provide including:

- 700 Meals per day are delivered via “Meals-on-Wheels”
- 300 Meals per day are served at our congregate dining sites
- 750 Medicare patients are served per year with skilled home health care services
- 500 private care customers for personal care, companion and homemaker services
- 1,000 unduplicated clients every year receiving grant-funded care service
