El Buen Pastor LCS is kicking off our season of giving on #GivingTuesday! While we are celebrating the fullness of the season, we realize that many families have not been invited to enjoy the bounty of our community and nation. You can support our work with Latino families in the Old Town neighborhood of Winston-Salem, by visiting our webpage (listed above) and clicking on "How you Can Help".

We appreciate any gift you can share with us this season to support El Buen Pastor's tutoring, mother-child education, and family literacy programs, and ask that you join us in this prayer:

God of mercy and justice, we know that you have provided us with more than enough to meet everyone’s need. We remember that we have not invited everyone to your table, and that many of the workers who make our lifestyles possible suffer in their labor. Forgive us, we pray, for overlooking the members of our community who are in need and for remaining silent as we enjoy the fruits of their harvest. May this season of fellowship nourish in us a heart of justice and gratitude until we taste the fruit of a just labor for all. Amen.
