How they are participating

FemCity RTP and the Durham Chamber of Commerce with the connection of Activate Good are combining efforts to cook and serve the children at the Ronald McDonald's House. The challenge we are encompassing is obtaining the food for the children. Making it an experience that they will enjoy during the holiday season is key. Making it a special Holiday season is simple: Burgers, Hot dogs, Turkey legs, chicken drummettes, corn on the cob, butter, salad items, soup, potatoes, onions, garlic, salt, ketchup and barbeque sauce. If anyone is a cake-pop or cupcake business - these would be a huge hit and not messy for the children. ALL Monetary donations will go towards the food purchase. The date is December 15 - if you cannot donate please come by and help us serve over 150 children.
