How they are participating

Free State provides legal services to the low-income LGBT community members who cannot access the existing service providers. Free State also seeks to educate the broader legal community on LGBT issues, enabling them to better represent pro bono LGBT clients. Free State is working to build the capacity within the Maryland bar to handle LGBT issues.
