How they are participating

Thousands of immigrant and refugee children come alone to the U.S. each year to escape persecution, severe abuse, violent conflict, and desperate poverty. Instead of a safe haven, they find themselves in deportation proceedings, more than half without a lawyer to help them make their case for U.S. protection. On Giving Tuesday, help KIND find pro bono attorneys for these children to ensure their basic rights and well being. No Child Should Stand Alone – in immigration court or in their search for safety.
