How they are participating

In connection with #GivingTuesday, the Land Conservancy will be launching a $45,000 matching gift challenge that will run through the holiday season. During this time, all contributions made to the Land Conservancy will be matched dollar-for-dollar if they meet one of the following criteria: 1) a new membership gift, 2) a renewal of a lapsed membership, 3) an increase from last year’s gift, 4) over $500.

This matching gift fund was made possible by the J.A. Woollam Foundation and several anonymous donors.

The matching gift challenge is a powerful way for individuals to double the impact of their gift. Funds raised will help the Land Conservancy continue their work to permanently preserve unique and vulnerable West Michigan properties for the health of our communities, the benefit of wildlife, and the enjoyment of generations of Michiganders to come.
