How they are participating

Every year, MND serves 300 low-income Baltimore city adults looking for work. Our clients are single mothers and fathers, divorcees, or downsized workers. Finding a job is not just about money, it is about identity, purpose, and dignity. MND provides job-seekers with the tools and builds their confidence so they can become successful in their search for employment. However, we cannot do it alone. With every $950 donation, a devastated job seeker will be able to receive 1-year of training, one-on-one job coaching and weekly group support until they find employment.
