Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2012 is the opening of our 3rd annual gingerbread house auction. Dozens of gingerbread houses made by local chefs, artists, architects, bakers, business people, city departments and other nonprofits will be showcased from Nov. 27-Dec 1 at the Children's Museum of Phoenix during regular business hours. Bid nite will be on Sat., Dec 1 from 4:30-6:30 with houses auctioned off to the highest bidder with all proceeds benefitting the programs and services offered by NHS Phoenix that include housing counseling, education, down payment and closing cost assistance and affordable single-family homes for low-to-moderate income hard-working individuals and families.
