How they are participating

The 24 Group is participating by creating Give for Recovery—a chance to help adolescents and young adults who are in early recovery from the disease of addiction. A gift of $100 can provide an adolescent with one month of recovery management supports such as peer group meetings, individual coaching/phone calls/emails from a Recovery Coach, and family programming. A gift of $250 can provide a young adult with two weeks of rent subsidy in a sober living environment—critical support during vulnerable early recovery, providing time to begin a job search without worrying about rent payment. Last year funds raised by The 24 Group helped 41 young people continue their journey of recovery through our Treatment and Recovery Support grant program—grants to local treatment and recovery providers to be used for young people with no other resources to pay for all-important supports like those just described..
