How they are participating

American Friends of the Israel National Museum of Science provides support and advocacy for the educational outreach and activism of the Israel National Museum of Science, located in Haifa, Israel. Our efforts help the Museum provide unique science and technology education programs to over 150,000 Israeli students from peripheral communities annually.

100% of the proceeds raised from Giving Tuesday will go towards our program "Advanced Science for Excelling Israeli Girls." Leading Israeli educational experts have expressed concern over the achievements of girls in the sciences. The Israel National Museum of Science has designed a curriculum for 9th grade girls from the greater Haifa area and beyond, which is comprised of weekly afternoon workshops and concentrated science days. Classes focus on a variety of topics including robotics, medicine, astrophysics and space exploration. Help us help Israeli society, every dollar matters!
