How they are participating

Established in 1987, The Resource Foundation empowers the disadvantaged with the skills, knowledge, and opportunities they need to improve their lives. Over the last 25 years, The Resource Foundation has provided over 1,500 grants to support the work and build the local capacity of non-profit organizations in 29 countries, primarily in Latin America and the Caribbean. These high-impact organizations implement a variety of self-help projects related to education, affordable housing, jobs skills training, healthcare and HIV/AIDS, potable water and sanitation, sustainable agriculture, disaster relief, capacity building, and microenterprise development.
