How they are participating

WPA is participating as a local non-profit. WPA is the nation's first service and advocacy organization committed solely to helping women with criminal justice histories see new possibilities for themselves and their families. WPA focuses on women in the system in large part because reducing women’s involvement in the criminal justice system goes far in promoting community strength and safety and family stability.
