World Food Program USA
How they are participating
World Food Program USA will launch an online and mobile campaign called #ABetterGift on Giving Tuesday, encouraging Americans to give a gift that lasts this holiday season. Supporters can send humorous WFP USA e-cards that herald #ABetterGift instead of the very worst holiday presents -- ugly Christmas sweaters, terrible Hanukkah socks or noisy electronic kids toys. Supporters can let friends and family members know that they've given #ABetterGift -- a donation in the loved one's name -- that will help WFP USA feed over 90 million people in 75 countries globally. Whether providing school meals or emergency relief, e-cards and text donations will help save and change the lives of children in greatest need this holiday season.
