How they are participating

This season we are pushing BalletX further into the community. So for our second annual #GivingTuesday campaign, we need to push our goal even higher:

Help us raise $10,000 - in just one day - to support BalletX's new community and artistic initiatives, including our after-school outreach program, Dance eXchange.
From February to May 2014, the BalletX artistic team and dancers will be going into the Andrew Jackson Public School in South Philadelphia to work with 200 third, fourth, and fifth grade students. We will applying the award-winning teaching methods of the National Dance Institute in New York City, which emphasizes dance as a means of helping students build self-confidence and transcend cultural and socioeconomic barriers, in order to make a difference in the lives of some of Philadelphia's youth.

For every gift up to $10,000, the BalletX Board of Directors has agreed to match it dollar-for-dollar and double your impact on our community.

Plus, for every first-time donation of $100 or more, you’ll receive a BalletX t-shirt as a token of our thanks
