Barbara Kemigisa is a Ugandan HIV activist and motivational speaker. As a victim of child sexual abuse, teenage pregnancy and family rejection she uses her story of resilience and hope to mentor and inspire other young girls to speak out and let nothing define who they are, because just like her they can be anything in the world.
“Generosity is not needing to have much or money to give. Give what you have as long as it makes the recipient happy or meets their need.”
SHE ambassadors is a community action initiative that inspires, mentors and trains young girls and boys to step out and speak up to fulfill their dreams while also being the change in the communities they live in.
