Pearl is the founder of Migration and Migration Alignment (MAMA). The Association supports African migrants, vulnerable groups and minorities in Milan to properly integrate into host communities by offering inclusive opportunities and conducting activities through its themes – Learning, Sharing, Volunteering, and Inclusion.

Migration and Migration Alignment (MAMA) is an Association which caters to the needs of migrants/minorities inclusive of youths who lack access to information, knowledge, and opportunities that will enable them to be economically independent, contribute to society, and even more importantly, integrate into their new environment properly. Integrative strategies, methods and approaches for this target group are carried out through theme activities developed to foster these aims and objectives.
