Juan David Guarín is a 24-year-old entrepreneur who seeks to positively impact vulnerable communities within Bogotá. He is a political scientist and internationalist, passionate about social innovation and the formulation of projects for development. He has experience in impact indicators and a gift for imagining different solutions for social problems.
He’s currently working on a project to adapt creative spaces for children and adolescents in the town of Ciudad Bolívar in Bogotá, a town that is characterized by having the highest levels of poverty in the city. The space, House of Poetry, will be co-designed by children and parents to be culturally appropriate, inclusive and participatory.
