Nadeem is a Southern California native who is passionate about helping, empowering, and connecting people globally. He has an MBA in Strategic Management & Finance and is currently a Business Development Manager for Launchgood. Nadeem has been working in the non-profit sector for over 15 years and has also served as an adjunct professor. He is a coffee Sommelier & surfing addict!

LaunchGood used the Starling Collective to launch a project titled “Stories of Muslims Making a Difference” which is their way of sharing stories of Muslims who are making a difference in their local communities and across the globe.
These stories are shared through high-quality video content across the network that they have built. The project kicked off during GivingTuesday 2020 by running a storytelling contest between all of their campaigns. From over 474 campaigns, they chose 10 finalists, which were then voted on by the public. Over 9,000 votes came in and selected this campaign as the winning story.
LaunchGood will be working with the campaign to produce a video about their work so they can further showcase the impact of the winning story. They hope to continue to tell more stories like this one to inspire giving and community.
This contest was part of a larger GivingTuesday effort in which over 23,000 donors raised $1.3M for the 474 during GivingTuesday.
